STRATEGY MEETING

The first of our 4-step process, the strategy meeting is the foundation. We’ll discuss goals & needs and determine options for support services for decluttering, home preparation, staging, sorting, donations, clean-out services, packing and moving.    A schedule will be created.  List price will be discussed.

Home Preparation

Prelist home preparation is essential, especially in today’s market.  Now is the time to conduct a limited home check-up and to spruce-up the property to make it visually appealing for professional photography and showings. We advise on  repairs and cosmetic improvements as well as staging options.

LISTING DETAILS

We will gather all HOA & recorded county documents including maps, plats, septic & well permits, utility information, and home  & school information.  We will take professional measurements for accuracy. Once improvements are completed, we will finalize price.  Location, condition, upgrades, relevant sales & market conditions all have an impact on your value.  Some of these you can control  and some you cannot.

Timing is everything to get the house ready for closing.  Packers, estate sale, donation & clean-out services, and  movers all need to be coordinated in advance & confirmed  after inspections for a streamlined process.

We will keep you on track with the final details including change of address & utility transfers, what contractually stays & what goes, and where to place keys, manuals and garage openers.  We will keep you covered.
