Step 7: Manage Contract Details
Once contracted, our transaction coordinator tracks deadlines and stays on top of all aspects of the contract. Step 8: Sort & Pack
Call movers once you contract and firm the dates after inspections. Movers pack 3-4 days before closing. The house should be cleaned and lawn trimmed 2 days before closing, just before Buyer’s final walk-through. VIEW LESS
Step 9: Final Arrangements
Pack a portable kit of essentials to have on hand. Change your address and confirm utility transfers. After walking  through the home one last time, place all keys, manuals and warrantiesin the kitchen drawer. VIEW LESS
Step 10: Close the Deal
We hold split closings in Middle TN. Bring driver’s license and bank information for deposit. Buyer will take possession once funds have hit the title company or your account. Congratulations! VIEW LESS
