Call movers once you contract and firm the dates after inspections. Movers pack 3-4 days before closing. House cleaned and lawn trimmed 2 days before closing, just before Buyer’s final walk-through.
Pack a portable kit of essentials to have on hand. Change address and confirm utility transfers. Walk through the home one last time.
We hold split closings in Middle TN. Bring driver’s license and bank information for deposit. Buyer will take possession once funds have hit the title company or your account. Congratulations!
