Donnel Milam
Donnel is a long-time resident of Williamson County and has been consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents in her community since she started her real estate career in 2002. Highly professional yet personable, she understands the important role that local knowledge, commitment, follow-through, and strong relationships play in a service-based industry. In 1980 Donnel married Bob and they later moved to Nashville where they have called Green Hills, Brentwood, and Franklin “home.” Together they have two well-loved sons with two well-loved wives and seven happy grandchildren. A former expert on swimming, diving, football, track, forensics, musicals, rock bands, and dirty socks, Donnel now enjoys beating her husband in Scrabble®.
 
Donnel loves UNSECRETING™ the great city of Nashville for her clients and referral partners and works primarily with luxury homes, move-up buyers, empty nesters, new construction, and corporate relocation.
